Am Auftaktabend der 67. SVB-Wiesn kam um 20.17 Uhr dazu noch eine große Portion Emotion und Gänsehautgefühl, als der neue, zweite SVB-Vorstand Bernhard Gleißner in Anwesenheit von Stefan Brence, SVB-Kassier, das Mikrophon auf der Bühne in die Hand nahm: „Liebe Festbesucher, wir kommen jetzt zu einem ganz besonderen Moment, zu einem ganz besonderen Jubiläum, zu einem ganz besonderen Duo, begrüßen sie mit mir unser goldenes Hochzeitspaar, Helga und Klaus Christoph“.

Unter großem Beifall betrat der SVB-Chef mit seiner Gattin sichtlich überrascht und mehr als gerührt die Musikbühne. Als die beiden Vorstandskollegen zum Tusch der Großkarolinenfelder Musi noch ein Präsent und einen großen Blumenstrauß an das „Ehren-Paar“ überreichten, gab es im Festzelt sogar Standing-Ovations. „Das war schon ein Wahnsinns-Gefühl“, beschreibt der SVB-Chef mit einem ungläubigen Kopfschütteln, und seine Ehefrau ergänzt „mit großem Gänsehautpotenzial“.

Rückblick:
Zum ersten Blickkontakt kam es zwischen Klaus Christoph, gebürtig in der Vagener Au, und „seine Helga“, einer waschechten Bruckmühlerin, nach einem Kinobesuch beim Heimweg auf dem Mangfall-Damm. „Nachdem ich in die Augen dieses unbekannten Mädchens gesehen habe, bekam ich sofort ein ganz intensives Baukribbeln“, erinnert sich der SVB-Chef mit einem Lächeln. Nachdem eine sofort eingeleitete “Observation“ nicht zum gewünschten Ziel führte, wurden intensive Nachforschungen in die Wege geleitet, bei denen Schulfreunde, und –freundinnen sowie Spezln und weitere Bekannte eingebunden wurden. Letztlich führte die konspirative Aktion zum Recherche-Durchbruch. Zum ersten über „Mittels-Burschen“ und „-Mädels“ eingefädelten Treffen am Bruckmühler Bahnhof fuhr Klaus „ganz locker“, aber bis in die Haarspitzen nervös, mit seinem Moped, einer „Victoria Avanti“, vor.

Dieses erste zarte Anbandeln wurde von Helga wohlwollend aufgenommen. „Doch war damit noch nicht alles gewonnen“, erzählt der Jubilar. Erst nach weiteren 47 Monaten mit hartnäckigem Werben war der Bann bei der „heiß Umworbenen“ gebrochen. Als wahrer Geniestreich erwies sich dabei die Idee, Helga nach ihrer Lehrzeit 1967 als Bürokraft für die Buchhaltung zu seinem Arbeitsgeber, dem Bayerischen Marmorwerk Taussig in Bad Aibling, zu lotsen. „Das war schon geschickt eingefädelt“, lobt die Umworbene mit einem Augenzwinkern. Am 13. Juli 1968 läuteten dann die Hochzeitsglocken in Bruckmühl. Neben des zwei Söhnen Heinzi und Martin sowie den beiden Enkelkindern Mark und Marina war und ist ihre intensive Leidenschaft für den SVB ein großes Bindeglied ihrer über 50 Jahre andauernde Liebe.

„Allerdings hat die Liebe zum SVB auch einen kleinen Haken“, gibt Christoph mit einem verschmitzten Schmunzeln zu. So hat er nach eigenen Angaben in den 36 Jahren Volksfest doch das ein oder andere Mal einen ganz wichtigen privaten Termin „verschwitzt“. „Wenn ich dann spät abends nach Hause gekommen bin, lag ein Zettel auf dem Tisch, „dir auch alles Gute zum Hochzeitstag“, erzählt der SVB-Chef mit einem Lachen. Dies wiegt aber in der Realität nicht ganz so schwer. Seit 50 Jahren sind die Beiden nicht nur in der Ehe, in der Familie und beim Sport ein unschlagbares und vor allem harmonisches Dream-Team.
